WILL BE CLOSING
After 72 years in Cleveland, I have decided to retire and close the business. I would like to sincerely thank every person and business that we have served over the years, who have supported us and allowed us to provide what I think was the best customer service experience possible.
Small business is definitely a challenge, but as I was told by the Late Joe Rodgers Sr. ………… “This business will be a success if we can provide for our employees by paying a fair wage, paying our bills on time, and giving back to the community.” I feel we have accomplished this and possibly more……
This business could not have existed without the great employees we have had, and for over 40 years, John and Robin Ownby have been my rock through thick and thin. I could not have and would not have wanted to do it without them.
I have to give a shout out to our current coworkers too……….
A big thank you to Beth Dotson, who has been a dedicated employee waiting on those walking in with a cheerful greeting.
Marlene Sholl, who, even though retired a little while ago, filled in anytime I asked, bringing back her product knowledge and smile.
Deena Olivas, my current bookkeeper, who rushes in and, amidst our controlled chaos, keeps the accounts flowing and the payroll coming.
The Rodgers Family, the late Joe Jr., Amy, Garry, and Wes, who graciously allowed my family to keep the Joe Rodgers name and reputation alive.
Most of all, I want to thank God and acknowledge His graciousness and mercy in allowing us
to be good stewards of what He provided for us. We would not and could not have existed without Him!
